Summary:  Client was charged with two cases of 1^st degree kidnapping, 13A-6-43,  Class “A” Felony and Sexual Abuse, 13A-6-66, a Class “A” Felony along with two other defendants.  Through our efforts and after considerable work and investigation, the client was able to show that he was not present at the time of the crimes and that the allegations were based upon mistaken identification.  All charges dismissed.
